Hello all, two questions i need answering please.

1. Done my big end in my engine on my 97 uk turbo wagon, found a secondhand 94 uk turbo engine, can i use the 94 bottom end and use my existing top half as the coil packs on the top?

2. Also doing a full decat, but been told i would need a remap is this true?
