TPS reversed????

Hi. fitted an apexi on to friends '94 wrx to set the tps and the voltages on commander are reversed????? closed throttle is near 5v (yes 5v) and open throttle is close to 0volt?????

any ideas how this can be guys?

Normal behaviour.

Pre-97 cars have 5-0v TPS and 97-on have 0-5v.
