Default Oil Grade for Newage JDM STi

need to know what oil i should use in a JDM Sti 03 plate.

Well to be more specific a Spec-C.

Would i be right in thinking 5w30 is correct?

The book says 5w-30, I use SILKOLENE Pro S 5W-40

5w-30, 5w-40, 0w-40 are all suitable in the UK.

Synthetic is the best choice of wich there are plenty to choose from.
