how do i remove wing mirrors

i would like my wing mirrors colour coding, as search is down how is the best way to do this? any tips about removing the wiring harness

Drive through something very narrow too fast?

More seriously, I believe the way to go is to prise the glass out carefully, then dismantle from there.

If you take off the little plastic triangles on the top of the door trim (behind the mirror) you should see the wiring and a few screws too - perhaps that would be a start if you get no joy?

The local Students just boot mine off [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img][img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] GET JOBS !!

chiark is right about removing the little triangle on the inside of the door behind the mirror, this reveals 2 or 3 screws and a wiring loom. I had to remove the door trim to disconnect the wiring loom connector.
