Im a bit puzzled in what turbo i have on MYUK 97?

a mate of mine has offered me a STi turbo from a earlier model,

which is the best turbo?

 

You have a Td04 on your car.

The STi will be a bigger turbo, a Td05 i beleive. In order to run one of these you will need a remap - which will set you back a few hundred quid.

Basically the Td05 will come in later in the rev range, but keep pulling all the way through, rather than give out at around 5500 like the tdo4 does.

 

Cool cheers, mapping isnt a problem, friend charges me 100 quid a time though he lives quite far from me it will be worth the journey
