Removing Throttle body water pipes.
I have just reversed the inlet on My Ver 5 STI engine.
Can I just remove the pipes from the throttle body, do i have to block the holes on the throttle body?
Also can I just loop together the other end of these. ie join the two small take offs from the metal heater matrix hoses.
I was just going to use a four inch piece of hose and just join these two small take offs together and leave the throttle body alone once the rubber pipe have been removed?
Am I ok to do this??
Here's a pic of the small take off pipes i wish to join together.

i did this to mine last time i put it together Daz, didn't have any issues with it either, apparently it's a recognised mod when disconecting from the inlet manifold to stop heat soak (whihc was my reason for doing so)
Yep, I have been running like that for 3yrs + with no ill effects
Just join the 2x rubber hoses together with a hose joiner, no need to block off the metal pipes on the Throttle Body.
