Neither are the right turbo for 400+hp on a 2.0.
For reference the SZ49 will make full boost by 4500, 1 bar by 4000rpm. The MD321L is about the same, but should make more power.

depends on the car, some td05s hit 1 bar at 2800rpm, others more like 3200, full boost by 3300-3600 or there abouts, depending on gears, but usually these figures are taken in 4th gear or so.
