Default MY06 WRX Rolling Road Results

hi guys

just came back from a rolling road afternoon.

standard 2006 2.5 wrx with 2700 miles on the clock.

208.5 bhp

Was a little down on standard figs.

made 246lb torque at 5380rpm

Is it a little down due to not many miles on the engine

i was hoping for about 220bhp with the new 2.5 engine.

what you reckon

cheers

Good torque but a little bit dissapointing on the hp figure but I've only 2 litre figures to compare it to.

Whats factory power/torque figures?

Get it on the rollers when you have run the engine in a little more.

As a rule, how many miles would it be beneficial to have before getting it RR'd?

depends how you drive them - it needs opening up a bit to loosen it all off but dyno figures can vary day to day. chances are that if yo utook the same car back 2 days later it would produce different results.

what kind of dyno was it?

post the dyno sheet
