Default Oil colour?

Just done an oil change on my classic, just wondering why the new oil is red
I used silkolene pro s 10w50.
i take it theres nothing wrong with it.

Don't worry, it will be black in no time. Nothing wrong with it, i don't know why some are different colours.

I've had silko before and it was a red/pinky colour. on castrol edge sport now and its 'normal' colour.

It's just to be different I think. Duckhams oil is green for another example.
