LOL I've used an aluminium cyclists bottle filled with coarse fish tank foam and with a pair of brass 1/2" BSP hose tails screwed into it. But that's a bit of a DIY solution. THe other end of the scale is the Roger Clark one which is a work of art, but almost £200 IIRC. It never seems to be mentioned very much, but the ones you find on ebay are often 9 or 15mm inlets/outlets. The hose that fits onto Subaru breather ports is 13mm or in other words 1/2" hose. So make sure you get something that will fit.

Well AFAIK the Roger Clark one is the only one that's made for the job. All the rest are just universal items. Bottom line is you need an aluminium box with hose connections on it and someway to drain it out.

Shaun has far to much money

the RCM one does look good but i wouldn't spend that much unless i thought i really needed it I.E running high boost on a high horse power engine, and as you are going 2.5 i guess with the thinner walls a catch tank might not be a bad idea

there was a really good thread on this sometime ago where Andy F explained the bennifts, might be worth doing a search

Rich

It's all part of the RCMS experience LOL

I went in for fitting my Aquamist system and RCMS wanted to fit it to the rear bulkhead.....sounds fair as there's not much room but the rear bulkhead was obstructed by a Hybrid catch can (supplied by Harvey) about the size of a large beer can

Out went the old catch can to be replaced by the aquamist pump ...I asked RCMS to replace the old catch can

And that's just what Matt did LOL

Olly is a nightmare for that, you go in for a set of pads and walk out with half the store
