best oil grade to use

Default best oil grade to use

hi all doing oil & filter change this weekend ,wondered which is best to use ?
car is modified and i mostly do short journeys,currently using millers 10/40,should i change brand/grade or stick with this
any ideas.

I'd phone an oil company,

I'd recommend phoning opie oils, but i would say that wouldn't I.

They'll recommend a grade based on your state of tune, and what you use the car for.

From the cars profile I would guess it's got a few miles on it?
Millers do two 10/40 oils - FSS and CFS If it's the former (semi-synthetic) and you've got high'ish mileage, you might as well stay with that.
