My front passenger side window doesn't wind up all the way properly. When the door is shut the back of it (B pillar) goes all the way to the top, however the front stays a little lower to the point of getting alot of wind noise at speed. When i open the door the front will then wind up properly. Is there an adjustment i can do to the mech to get it sitting squarely all the way to the top.

It a my99 btw.
