If you are refering to the long piece that connects to the back box, I think they are the same last time I looked at an 03 and 06 exhaust, only the back box is different or has different hanger position, but ring someone like scoobyclinic to confirm..

I was told the back box hanger position was different, as I could not tell properly as one exhaust had a jap side exit and the other was a straight exit, the exhaust will fit but it's one hanger I think that is one the other side or something..
