Default fitting price

Have been quoted £150 all in to fit a steering rack, is this a good price?
It doesnt look that big a job to me!

Sounds fair to me. 2 hours labour to swap rack, then an alignment to get the front wheels pointing in the right direction.

it doesn't fit without a specially modified steering knuckle.
