Do you know what the mechanical differences are between my car and the UK model of the same year?

Apparently my car has 250bhp whereas the UK car had 218, I think. Is it all in the mapping or are there other differences?

Any help much appreciated.

Reckon you're probably right that its largely in the mapping fella but don't know the facts. I have a UK WRX bug running 218bhp, so i'd be interested to find out for sure too!

 

Surely someone knows?

 

VVT heads and slightly more agressive map afaik, same turbo/drivetrain etc
