Unhappy Have i broke my scooby???

I removed the ecu on my93 to see if it had been chipped and it has a Bozz Speed chip fitted which was giving me 1.1 bar
i just took the car out after replacing the ecu and am no longer hitting 1.1 bar
It boosts to 1.0 then drops off to 0.9 bar and doesn't pull as hard...Gutted!!! Any ideas why this is?

Regards ossett
