Default need help!!!

i need to change the oil in my my99 turbo but im unsure which is most suitable!! it is completely standard and is very rarely driven hard. ive also been lookin at ngk platinum plugs but was unsure if there is was a better alternative.

very grateful for any help given..

Millers CFS 10/40 woud be one option plug wise PFR6B will be fine.
