Default Walbro 255 filter

OK so ive fitted my 255 today but fitted it with the Walbro filter and not the OE one but after reading on here {after id fitted it} that people fit the OE filter.
1 Will i have problems,ive been out in it and all seems fine
2 whats the advantages of fitting the OE one and not the Walbro one
3 Has anybody else fitted the Walbro filter

Fitted mine today and used the OE filter after reading advice on here. Basically i believe the walbro filter doesn't sit as low in the tank as the OE which means under hard corner low fuel this could be a problem, not gospel just what i've read.
