Hi,

I would be grateful if anyone could tell me which model of impreza turbo the W6 ecu is from and which is the best ecu for 1996 wrx STi import as i have been told that some are not set up very well, i have bought a Mines Z4 ecu, will this be better or worse than the standard ecu in my 1995 wrx sti?

the w6 would be a lot worst comes from a 1993 wrx(see other your other post for the specs).
Mines chips have a aggressive map so would be worth getting it checked first.
I'm guessing you haven't got an ecu for your car so maybe thinking about getting a remappable one

w6 was in the my94 wrx,post 95 had the z4, stick with the z4 mate
