A question for those who might know well.
What math. formula can be used to calculate or predict the speed at wich you will hydroplane, assuming at least 10cm of water on the ground. It is more than urgent for me cause I have to present it to the court on Monday just to proove it was not the speed of the car that caused a terrible accident I had few years ago and the total destroy of my new Scooby (two months old, but it was the ammount of water of a broken main aqueduct.

Thanks in advance.

I would contact the manufacturer of the tyres you were using. They are certain to have this data.

Pete,

The tyres were Bridgestone Potenza RE-70 for the 97MY with the 15" wheels.
