sti3 airbox opening...
i've a stupid
question, how do you open a classic sti3 airbox, i mean, i've seen the clips on each side of the box, i moved both 2 upper hoses and the small electrical thing (sorry not a mechanic), i used my hands to find any more clips on the rear section of the airbox but diden't found anything. i can just lift the front of the box for about 2mm.
does any1 can explain me how to do that?
thanks

there are more clips..
unbolt the box and lift it out if needed.. all the bolts are reachable with box still shut iirc.

Unplug the MAF sensor, pop the two clips that you can see, pop out the two rad hoses that go over the top. Then undo the rubber hose that goes from the MAF and the lid of the airbox will come off without any hassle at all. If you want to just crack it open enough to change a filter, pop the two clips and remove the rubber bonnet edge rubber that's in the way of sliding the filter element out. Then you can slip the new one in without really having to take anything apart at all.
