You would void your warranty by remapping (you seem to like the little faces). In fact I don't know where you stand with dumpvalve and full exhaust for warranty (there's another for you)

Personally I'd revert back to the OE dumpvalve regardless and you may find your mapper tells you the same during mapping so take it along just in case .

Im in burton on trent.the dump valve and the exhaust were on the car when i bought it. i took it to subaru recently to have a service and they never said anything about the parts i thought they might have warned me that the parts might mess with the warrenty.

I'm sure subaru are used to seeing cars coming in with all sorts of bits bolted on lol. Be worth confirming that it wont affect any potential warranty claim, just to be on the safe side. I'm assuming it's a UK car.

I had my buggeye mapped this week and its a massive difference, its upto 290bhp at the mo but goin up for 330hp nxt few weeks(just waiting for a de-cat up pipe). You mentiond you were sporting a bailey dump valve.I asked my tuner about fitting one and he said dont even bother as it messes up a whole load of stuff and eventually the bottom end will expire.(So I was told)
So if I were you Id definatly check out the warranty and parts!!!

I asked Steve at TEG about a VTA dump valve when I first got my car as well , he said really not worth it. I fitted one anyway for the ptshhh, but he was right lol, so I removed it and it instantly ran better. I'd be impressed if he can get 330 out of a newage WRX !
