Millers flush

Just wondering if its safe to use Millers Engine flush( mix with old oil) in my Scooby? recommended or not ?

PS on a type r, would i use millers XSS 10w40 , has done 87k miles

you dont need to flush that type R youve just bought m8, its been well cared for by lee

hope your enjoying driving such a good scoob. Have fun

he always used millers but what grade i dont know off hand.

Its been fully valated today and is sat in a heated garage...getting the rear bumper sprayed and tracker fitted weekend
