As Scott says the IDC is low for that boost on a TD05 16g.. would be concerned it is lean..
or is the boost profiled so it only peaks at 1.35bar and tails off? not sure why it would be setup like that though with IDC still available.

the tailing off would explain the IDC then.
so in answer to your original question.. you would benefit from 550s whcih would allow it to mapped to run more boost and held should you want more out of it.. which of course you do else you wouldn't be fitting the FMIC.. lol
You could use an adjustable fuel pressure regulator instead (or as well) as the 550s.

They do tend to run richer on the roller though, hence why it may not of been picked up.
Do you know what boost it achieved on the rollers, as this also can be slightly lower then on-road.
