Hi all

Got a ninja sports cat, afterburner decat and back box.

Would a Uppipe make any difference and green panel filter.

I dont think MY99 had a cat in the up pipe, think that started with the MY01 WRX (bugeye), so no as you will already have a decat up pipe. Aftermarket ones may offer a slight improvement in flow, but whether it would be noticable on a standard map I doubt it. Panel filter is worth changing, Green or K&N

 

Its getting mapped at somepoint this year, so basically an up pipe is worth it if one comes at the right price.


Thinking of green as everyone seem to recommend them. Do u get an more induction noise or will i notice any diff fitting a panel filter wit hthe current mods.

Ported headers and a Harvey up pipe will help things along.
I ported and wrapped my own headers with advice from Harvey, certainly picks its feet up now, MY99 is running PPP but going for a Re-map in summer.
