Was out in the impreza yesterday and noticed the heaters where blowing cold. Got up the road and there was not on bit of coolant left, did an oil change that afternoon and there was no sign of the water in the oil.

A couple of mates came over and we had goes and filling it up and running it to see if we could see a leak and we think we spotted on from down the back of the turbo? Does this sound plausable? If so what is it ?

 

I had a coolant leak from the water coolant hose to the turbo......took me ages to find out what it was as the coolant simply evaporated!!

Finally the hose gave way and revealed itself !!
