Default sti8 or fmic on a classic

will a sti8 tmic for £150 be better than a £250 ebay fmic be better for my my99 uk turbo

If you want more then 350-400BHP the FMIc, otherwise the Sti 8 will do the job well.

Although it's very debatable about whether fitting an STi8 TMIC is actually any easier on a late classic. From what I can tell, a FMIC is pretty easy to fit on a v3 and later.
