Whats the best recomended ecu chip for a 96 preface lift wrx and how do i get hold of it???

An aftermarket ECU, like an apexi will always be the best option.
However if you are set on getting a chip than scoobyclinic provide a ScoobyECU re-map for £380, They are well renowned.
