Default avcr or e-boost 2 controller

Ive got 97 uk car mapped with an Apexi fc (2 port soleniod atm, but have 3 port waiting to go on) and want a boost controller for better boost control.

What are the differences in performance/functionality in controlling boost with each of these devices?

Disregard cost as factor.

E Boost 2 everytime for me...The gate pressure set up is superb and remains completely shut till you want it to open , unlike the AVCR which still bleeds a small amount through to the wategate...Upto 6 set points ,4 more than the Apexi..Both have in gear boost control so nothing to choose between them there...

Martyn fitted my Apexi AVC-r and it works great, easy to use & looks good. Plus it's a bit cheaper than the E-boost2!
