Anybody no wot make it is or if its anygood. Is it worth paying the extra for a ninja sports cat?

I feel the cat is too far away from the turbo so the gasses are that much cooler.
The whole pipe should be wrapped to get/keep the system very hot.
Wrapping the cat way down there will submit the wrap to all the road rubbish/scrapes etc.
Also, without wrapping, the body will be exposed to the heat of the cat as well as dry grass in the summer. (risk of scorching)
Graham

TSL do a nice one for the same price with the cat pre-wrapped in a propper way.

Graham
(ps: agree about the ppp sport cat, £150 on eb@y)

Prodrive one is almost too polished to hide away under the bonnet. I kept mine in the office next to my desk as a piece of modern art until it had to go on

There's a prodrive cat for sale in the general sale section now, and mine's going on friday. Latest prodrive downpipe cats have heat insulation inside, so don't need wrapping or the little jacket BTW.

Ian did you fit this to an STI or a WRX. If it was a WRX were there any problems fitting it or did it all line up ok inc mounts. Got one of the new type and going to fit it to an 05 WRX but it has been suggested that there are problems getting it to fit the WRX

cheers
