Default Quick rack..........

Does the steering 'feel any heaver/have more feel' with a quick rack fitted, compared to a standard rack? I always fel that the steering is over assisted on the Impreza. Anyone changed one for the other? Or have anotherway of reducing the assistance?

Thanks

Should add MY98 Sti BTW!!!!

The quick rack steering only reduces the amount of turns from lock to lock, 2.4 turns instead of 2.8 turns. The steering is slightly more responsive but the feel is the same. A anti lift kit is the best modification for increasing steering feel, I had the mod carried out by powerstation and has transformed the steering on my car. There is alot more information transferred from the road and the steering is heavier.
