HI all ive just washed my car than ive takeing it out 4 a drive .comw back home gone 2 arm the alarm which is a standard toad fitted 2 all 97 uk scooby i think .and it beeps 4 times and then goes off in stead of the 2 beeps it normaly does have i got water in it or is something else wrong with it ? any clues chaps plz

 

Sounds like either the door, boot or bonnet switches are not closing properly. Either a dislodged wire or a bad earth at the switch mounting point.
