You're not trying hard enough!
This gives info on post turbo temps.

There are also threads about temps before the turbo.

There's anything from basic Maplins LED readouts and sensors to trick SPA guages wired to thermocouples.
The important point is to mount the sensor (and its lead) in a representative position where other heat sources can't influence the actual reading.

I've got the SPA gauge on mine. It's a dual digital gauge, boost pressure and temperature in one 52mm gauge. It's quite expensive but it looks good and has a lot of useful features.

same here

I have the thermocouple and adptor and run an air charge temp from just before the throttle body. It gives a great indication of the actual charge temps.

Are you meaning charge temps or air inlet temps?

Air Inlet temp can be monitored via something like delta dash or a PSI3 monitor but there is no std suabru charge temp sensor hence why I got the SPA gauge.
