what manufacturers make the different sounds like gas or twittering sound

Best dump valve is the standard recirc IMO.
Twittering - That isnt dump valve, they tend not to twitter, just go ptshhhhh
There's pleanty of threads on dump valves. Use the search function, you will find it in the header of the forum. Then make a decision as to whether you want to go VTA (Vent to atmosphere).
