Default TD04 & HEADERS?

I've heard its not a good combination? Its on a 94wrx wagon. I already have a full decat, induction and a chip running 1.1bar. Could i expect any gain with uprated headers and up pipe (unequal) share you suggestions and expriences, thank you.

By most accounts you'll probably be better off with porting and flowing the OEM headers.

Id suggest getting the OEM manifold fettled by Harvey Smith. Beyond that Id be looking at a standard TD05 and a Z4 ECU to match; theyre good for 260PS alone and spool should be improved with Harveys ported manifold. With a decent decat downpipe Id be hoping for about 285BHP.
