Default type r not available with abs?

been reading through some of the specification links posted on the forum/in the faq and am i right in thinking you cant get a type r with abs???
is this because it wont work with the driver controlled centre diff??

great what a bit of light reading can do lol
was fairly sure just wanted to double check.im basically just doing research atm as to what car im after

It is possible to get a Type R with ABS, as not every Type R is an STI. There do exist in limited numbers a few 2 door WRX Type R variants without DCCD, but with ABS. I've only ever come across one though.

ahhhh okies thanks for the info.i would rather have the dccd than the abs tbh as im not a big fan of abs although i do agree it has its merits
