What should i expect to gain from having a 3" system fitted?
Say the pulse extraction system or Miltek?
02 jdm STI 7 with headers,fuel pump,green cotton panel filter,Omega pistons, vf30 standard, at present its producing around 345bhp/340lbs.

Probably not a lot!
But when you lust for 400bhp etc then 3'' is a must.
A 3'' on your current spec might induce fuel cut in the cold air...
