The end tank on my radiator has split (1997 STI Version 3 RA V-Limited), and after being told that all legacy and impreza radiators are the same, I ended up buying a radiator from a legacy as it was readily available.

It turns out it's completely different, as there are small pipes missing from the top of the drivers side end cap, it's smaller than the one I took out, and basically just doesn't fit. I'm scared to order a new one now in case I end up with another dud.

Can any of you shed any light on the differences and suggest what it is I actually need? The one I removed has a small sticker stating it was made by calsonic, however it is the factory fitted item, and it has two fans.
