On a lambdalink, what is the required voltage to light the leftmost led and then each led in turn up to the rightmost led?

I know the voltage range sent from the lambda sensor is 0-1v and at idle this is typically 0.2 to 0.8 volts, but how does this equate to the leds on the lambdalink?
