This is for my project 2.33 build with a target on 450bhp.

Is it better to run 4 large injectors or 5 smaller injectors?

And can the Apexi FC run a 5th Injector?

Don't think the PFC can run a 5th injector as std. I think AndyF has managed it somehow but not sure.
The difference between 5 "small" and 4 "large" injectors will be only 20% on flow so I wouldn't bother with a 5th injector (that may give you problems with fuel distribution, venting of unburnt fuel etc).
Go for 4 larger injectors that can do the job(650cc will be sufficient for 450bhp), get a good mapper to set the PFC and you won't have any problems.

 

no the Apexi PFC doesn't run the 5th injector.. nor allergerdly did the original ecu on the 5th injector RA car.

Get a nice set of 740s for 450bhp..
