Default light weight pulleys

i've jst got a set of light weight puleys for my car and i saw on some thread that someone put these on with the std flywheel and it ran like sh*t.. will it be ok to run it with the std flywheel

i got mine fitted np but you will benefit from a lightened flywheel too it wont run bad without one thou.
