Default TD04 to VF24 upgrade.

hi there. can anyone tell me if a VF24 will be a direct replacement for a TD04 ie all water/oil pipes fit without modification? will this make a big difference, also what sort of performance figures would i get with remap. im looking to get a fast road car with quick spool up and plenty of mid-range, overtaking punch.

It's a direct fit but I advise using the VF24 oil feed banjo bolt which has a more suitable hole size and filter for the roller bearing turbo.

Running 440cc injector, standard TMIC, full decat and a remap to 1.3bar. You can expect to be around 300BHP (assuming you are talking UK spec Classic or WRX).
