Changing to PPP ecu MY03 STI

I have bought a second hand PPP kit for my 03 STI, will I be able to just
swop the ecus or will I have problems with the keys and or immobiliser?

i think you will have to get the transponder key reprogrammed

When i had ppp fitted earlier this year the garage needed both sets of keys for reprogramming.
