Default rough running when cold

my 53 sti 8 runs really rough when cold but is fine when it has warmed up

i'v eso far changed the lambda sensor
plugs
and water temp sensor (today)
but still the same
anyone got any ideas ?

Coil pack on its way out?

would a coil pack fail when the car is cold and be ok when it has warmed up ?

yep condensation in the pack , goes when car starts to get warm obviously
