What heads would suite a 2.5LTR best it has some classic wrx heads on at present but i have some sti v4 heads as well would these be better. the internals are standard what sort of boost will this take and what sort of power/torque is it possible to get on standard internals, it will be running td05, ported headers , fmic, gems ecu etc.

V4 heads would be better if the cams are still in them... Have you been and spoken to anyone at Teg sport???
They might be able to help you... I know they've a few 2.5 short blocks forsale...
