Default In depth information regarding ECU Mapping

Can anyone recommend some sources of information on ECU mapping? I'm after some books and web links etc. I've read the Dave Walker stuff but need to take it to the next level before I start trying to destroy my cars!

Cheers,

Pete

Come on all you mappers! I'm guessing you didn't all learn purely from trial and error!
