im doing a couple of tweek's to my car, i want to re route my catch can pipes, at the moment the 3 breather pipes go into the catch can then back to the inlet pipe, i want to blank the inlet pipe off and just run the pipes to atmosphere after the catch can, its a classic currently mapped to 310 bhp, im just wondering if this will effect the map? what do you think?

no, if anything you are making things better.. any oil vapour previously would be reducing the RON of the mix.. but now, no chance of it entering the engine therefore making things better.. Not that I would expect you to see much oil going through.

Shouldn't do as it would just be creating a vacuum on the breathers.. assuming there is no leak in the catch can pipework..
if it is a big leak you will know as soon as you do it and it would have been noticed at mapping time most likely.
