Default help needed

lust bought 93 wrx import, would like your advice on mods.... but not to exspencive. what discs and pads to upgrade to ,what grade of engine oil and gear box/diff ,what spark plug and gap, and what tyre presures 0n 17s..should i use octain boost and which make..im using 98 ron at present....im getting de cat pipe soon and a re map..thanks, any idea...

98ron should be fine.. a Knocklink/Detalarm would be a good investment for piece of mind though.

cheap upgrade is the 4pots off the newer car.

as to tyre pressure.. start at 30psi and try up and down a bit until you find a nice setting.. usually around 33psi front and 31psi rear.. but personal preference comes into it.

Plug NGK PFR6B and set to 0.7mm

If you mod it then consider NGK PFR7B which is one colder.

If you can find no evidence of the coil packs being changed then you are likely to suffer a spark misfire when remapped and running more boost.

Engine oil - I like Motul 300v Competition 15W50
