Hi guys, Im not a newbie, just had 2 re register as i couldnt get logged on under MchlTR1CKY!!!!

The engine in my 95 wrx has had it and ive been offered a complete 98 uk turbo wagon (written off). How hard is it to use the engine from this car to repair my sick wrx?? Obviously my engineis a phase one and the new 98 uk engine is a phase 1.5/2 engine with the coil packs on the manifold. Anyone point me in the right direction please??

 

depnds how fussed you are....................will fit with a simple swap of your ancillaries (incl. manifold) to the new engine

 

want to use the 98 manifold as the intercooler sits straight and i can use my t5 with a straight inlet

 

well there is some re-wiring to sort to put it mildly, not worth the hassle in my mind...........

 

Anyone else with any ideas??
