Default cutting out!!!

hi guys and gals has anyone experienced or have any idea why my98 uk turbo keeps cutting out when coming to a halt after heavy driving?
mods include:
fmic
full exhaust decat
k&n induction
walbro 255 fuel pump
vf35 turbo
apexi avcr boost controller
blow off valve
i have checked maf and is ok and only does it after giving it some of the loud pedal and then again not all the time but if it dosent in feels like it is about to.the revs drop really low then picks up again.
hope someone can shed somelight on the matter.

cheers mike

Check your intercooler hoses!! Mine done that and i later found out that the hose that runs underneath the intercooler had split!
